A fundraiser for the Society for Kona’s Education and Art is slated 5 p.m. Nov. 21 in South Kona. Headlining the event is John Keawe, a Grammy Award- and Na Hoku Hanohano Award-winning slack key guitarist.

In addition to live entertainment, the “Da Kine Wine” fundraiser at the SKEA site in Honaunau will feature fine wines, heavy pupu, coffee, dessert, live and silent auctions and an art exhibit.

Tickets are $50; $45 if purchased by Nov. 16. Tickets are available at Patel’s in Honaunau, Kona Stories in Keauhou Shopping Center, and SKEA from noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
